Wednesday Wow Factor!

Last week's dream focus
Continue adding fitness back into my life; seek God to give me the right words to say and the best way to present them; shut that Devil down at EVERY turn; never stop hustlin' to make my dreams come true; keep viewing food as fuel!

What went well: I LOST ANOTHER TWO POUNDS THIS WEEK!  (This is not a type-o or cut & paste error.  I REALLY lost another two pounds!)  I'm still averaging 2.5 pounds per week since August 26... with 12 pounds lost in 5 weeks!  

In last Wednesday's blog, I shared that I would not write blogs promoting Plexus products but would mention them on occasion.  This is one of those occasions!  Taking this product has impacted my weight loss and overall health so much!  I'm really excited to begin exercising more than just one Zumba class per week... I can't imagine how much three or four times a week would help me feel better and lose even more inches!  With that said, I'm not striving to lose tons of weight fast... that's not always a good idea.  I'm super thrilled with the 2.5 average every week!  I've been fighting to get healthy and lose weight for this long, despite obstacles in my way, so I can be patient with slow and steady!

And... I'M WEARING SIZE 16 PANTS TODAY!!!  These are a pair of pants I bought at the beginning of the year when I was getting into skinny jeans for the first time ever!  I saw them hanging in my closet this morning whispering "Try me on, I'm so cute!"  As I took them off the hanger I thought "What am I about to do to myself?  These will never fit.  I'm just setting myself up for heartache and disappointment."  But, I tried them on... AND THEY FIT!!!  HOLLA!!!  I'm SO happy right now!

Challenges:  Last night was the first time I did Zumba, or any exercise, in two weeks.  We've been SO busy and it's been non-stop.  Not a good excuse when so many people who are busier than I am make time to work out.  I'm not sweating it though!  I got my booty back to the gym last night, walked on the tread mill for 15 minutes before class, then regretted it half way through.  (Read the details here.) It was a challenge that I OVERCAME!  I didn't give up and I didn't quit.  So take that, devil.

This week's dream focus: Add more fitness (like seriously this week); seek God in which direction to go; shut that Devil down at EVERY turn; HUSTLE in the pursuit of my dreams; keep viewing food as fuel; and KEEP INSPIRING MYSELF AND OTHERS!!!
