Working out this past week has been so fun! I've slept better, I've felt better, and I'm proud of myself for being back on track. This week I've had to refresh my memory on healthy eating, including the best pre and post-workout foods for ideal nourishment. I've been a "pinning machine" on Pinterest adding great stuff to my Healthy Eatin' and Now Work It Out boards. It's sparked some new ideas and I've tried some new things!
