Don't Give Up On Yourself

Dear Chrissy (or insert your name here),

"Girl, you are too amazing to just give up on yourself.  Your dreams are way too important to you.  So many awesome things lie ahead... how could you ever consider quitting now?  I understand you don't feel like working out.  I know sometimes you'd rather watch your favorite show or read a book or spend hours on Pinterest or clean toilets with a Q-tip... anything but working out.  But every effort you make is getting you closer to your dream of losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.


Think of it this way... even 10 minutes of moving is better than sitting still.  If it's difficult, if you're out of breath, if your side cramps up, if you feel awkward and goofy, it's STILL better than sitting on the sofa being lazy.  The more you do it, the better you'll get.  You don't have to go fast, you just have to go.  SO GO! 

And keep pushing yourself.  Feel the burn.  Each time give a little more than the last.  It will start feeling less awkward.  You will start feeling sassy.  You will even begin to look forward to working out.  Just go.  You can do this!

Oh and don't forget... you'll never regret doing a workout but you'll always regret skipping one. 

God made you.  He loves you.  He wants you to love yourself.  He sees your beauty.  He wants the best for you.  Ask Him for help when you don't feel like giving your all.  And thank Him for all you have and all He's done for you.  Then work it out and be proud of yourself!  YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!"



P.S.  Read this over and over again to remind yourself not to give up.  THIS IS YOUR DREAM.
